When will Renaissance Hotel registration be available?

We anticipate that Renaissance Hotel registration will be available by late June 2016.

Will sleeping rooms also be available at other nearby hotels?

Yes, we will be adding additional hotel listings over the next few months.

When can I register for the Conference?

We anticipate that online registration will be available by late June 2016.

How much are registration fees?

The conference registration fees will be the same as prior conferences, that is, regular registration will be $200 with an early bird rate of $150.

What does the registration fee cover?

The registration fee covers all scheduled events and also includes a Thursday December 8th working dinner and a Friday December 9th working luncheon and all resource materials including conference program and conference community education poster/tube, You may purchase additional tickets for the working dinner and luncheon through the online registration system, if you have guests who will be in attendance but not registered for the conference.

When will the scholarship application be available?

We anticipate that the online scholarship application will be available by late June 2016.
