Edmo, Deputy Director for Tribal Affairs, Office on Violence Against Women, OVW is not requiring a Grant Adjustment Notice (GAN) to be cleared by your OVW grant program manager for the 13th National Indian Nations Conference, sponsored by the Office of Victims of Crime which will be held December 6-8, 2012 in Palm Springs, CA www.ovcinc.org. If you are funded with OVW Tribal Coalitions Program funds, you do not need to submit a GAN for up to TWO people to be able to attend. Please keep a copy of this notice in your grant file for auditing purposes.
