You can fax, mail or email the form to Chad@tlpi.org. If payment is not included with the registration form, an invoice will automatically be sent to the registrant or group organizer. Once payment is received, a confirmation will be emailed to the email address provided on the registration form. On-site conference registration will take place in the Santa Rosa Room of the Renaissance Hotel on Wednesday evening, December 4th from 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm and Wednesday morning December 5th from 7:00 am till 9:00 am. On-Site Registration (Pay by Check or Cash)
If you plan on bringing your check or cash to on-site registration, please fax your completed Registration Forms to (323) 650-8149 and make a note that you or your group will be paying onsite with a check or cash.
